Based on the three concepts of continuous improvement, organizational participation, and customer satisfaction, we have established a Quality Assurance system for our Thin Client, All In One PC, Embedded IPC, and other system integration product lines.
We have established a set of QC (Quality Control) processes to check, evaluate, and ensure the quality of products or services can be carried out. This QC (Quality Control) process provides a structured approach to quality management that helps to systematically identify and correct problems, ultimately improving quality and customer satisfaction.
We conduct strict inspections and testing throughout the product production process to identify and solve potential quality issues. We encourage all employees to participate in quality management activities to improve their awareness and abilities in quality management. Our ultimate goal is to meet or exceed our customers' expectations by providing high-quality products and services.
We maintain close cooperative relationships with our customers to understand their needs and expectations, and we strictly control quality during product design, production, and delivery to ensure that our products meet their standards and requirements. We also actively analyze and improve customer feedback to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
